TPP Account Creation Form

Before we can submit your book for publication, you’ll need to set up a few accounts. These accounts require your address, tax info, and a payment method so you can receive royalties and proper tax documentation. You may use either your personal or business details—it’s entirely up to you.

1. KDP (Amazon Publishing)

Create your KDP account here: https://kdp.amazon.com/en_US/ and provide the details below. (If you have an existing Amazon account, use that to log in to the KDP account):

You may also text the password to Chisom at +1 (506) 639-7825, if you prefer that. We recommend changing the password once we have completed the book publishing process.

2. IngramSpark (for Print Publishing)

Most libraries and bookstores order their copies through IngramSpark, so we will also publish your paperback and hardcover here. Create your IngramSpark account here: myaccount.ingramspark.com

Canadians get free ISBNs for their books. Get yours here: https://www.bac-lac.gc.ca/eng/services/isbn-canada/Pages/create-account-isbn-canada.aspx. You will need at least two ISBNs, one for your paperback and the second for your hardcover version.

 4. Social Media Profile (for Mentions and Collaborations)

Please provide us with your social media handles/names, and profile links so we can tag and mention you in our author promotion posts:

Please provide us with your Bio. If you don't have it now, you may upload it to Basecamp or send it to us via email.

 6. Headshot

Please provide us with a clear photo for your headshot. If you don't have it now, you may upload it to Basecamp or send it to us via email.

7. Print Specifications

Let us know your preferences for how the printed book will look and feel.

8. Book Positioning

This information helps us craft accurate marketing copy, book descriptions, and promotional content for your book.
